Will you come out of nowhere and into my life?
Brewster has been in the care of the Neenah Animal Shelter for over 600 days. He's asking for your help, not only for himself, but on behalf of all the animals depending on the Neenah Animal Shelter for temporary shelter and care. Here's a little about Brewster in his own words.
"Hi, I am Brewster and I have a serious case of "earworm". You know, when a song is stuck in your head on repeat.
Mine goes something like this: "I might have to wait, I'll never give up. I guess it's half timing and the other half's luck. Wherever you are, whenever it's right, you'll come out of nowhere and into my life..."
While it's a lovely song, I'm a bit tired of being stuck on the same lyrics. You see, it's been playing in my head for over 600 hundred days. It started when I was brought in to the Neenah Animal Shelter on April 3, 2023.
I was just a kitten back then. I was found wandering the streets. My fur was so knotted and tangled that it took days for the shelter team to shave through the matting. The knots where so tight and they knew it hurt me so they were gentle. They even bought a new razor so the blades weren't dull.
That's when I knew some day it would all turn out and that's when the song started playing in my head. For the first time in my little life I felt the spark of HOPE."
Will you help Brewster and other's like him keep that spark of hope alive by donating to the Neenah Animal Shelter?
