1. Reducing pet overpopulation by providing affordable sterilization can significantly decrease the number of unintended litters.

2. Access to sterilization services can prevent medical issues, thereby improving the long-term health of pets.

3. This program will be ongoing, as there will always be a need to support the community with this initiative. We are initially partnering with Fox Valley Humane Association's clinic until we are set up at NAS. We will provide vouchers to eligible cat owners in our community, with plans to begin this program late summer.
